Ordering and account
It is not mandatory to create an account to place an order. Ordering as a guest is possible. With a personal account, you can reorder more easily, view previous orders, and check out faster on your next order. Placing an order is easy via the webshop. You choose the desired product, add it to your shopping cart, and complete the order via the secure payment environment. If you wish to change something after placing the order, it is important to contact customer service as soon as possible. As long as the order has not yet been processed, we will check if the adjustment is possible.

Shipping and deliveryOrders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. In most cases, an order will be delivered within one to three business days, depending on the destination and the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with further information.
