Warranty, Returns & Right of Withdrawal – Canisense

At Canisense, we believe it's important that you are satisfied with your purchase. On this page, you can read all about returns, warranty, the statutory right of withdrawal, and how to return a product.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, according to Dutch law (and EU directives), you have the right to return your order within 14 days without stating reasons. This period begins on the day you receive the products.

If you wish to exercise this right of withdrawal, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. Send an email to: info@canisense.nl with your order number and the name of the product you wish to return.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

You will receive the purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) back as soon as we have received and checked the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used during the order.

Returning products

Products can be returned as long as they are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, opened products cannot be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Always include the completed return form with your return shipment or clearly state your order number and name so that we can process the shipment quickly.

The costs for the return shipment are at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Warranties

Canisense stands behind the quality of its products. Should you discover a defect or quality problem, please contact our customer service via info@canisense.nl. Describe the problem as clearly as possible and, if available, attach a photo of the product.

If there is a manufacturing defect or another problem for which Canisense is responsible, we will provide a suitable solution. This could be a replacement of the product or another reasonable compensation.

Please note: damage due to improper use or external causes is not covered by the warranty.

When can you return or claim a warranty?

You can return within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period as long as the product is unopened and undamaged. Warranty claims can be submitted based on product quality or manufacturing defects, but not when the problem is caused by improper use, incorrect application, external damage, or normal wear and tear.

How does the refund work?

As soon as we have received and checked the return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using the original payment method.

For returns within the right of withdrawal, we will also reimburse the standard shipping costs charged with the original purchase amount. Additional costs for expedited delivery or other services are not automatically reimbursed.
